Become a pro Pilates instructor with Polestar Pilates

The combination of Mat and Equipment exercises is a very good way of teaching a variety of movements and exercises. This method helped me successfully correlate various principles of Pilates and its application to my therapist knowledge.

“It was a great learning. Glad to be a part. Thanks a lot Alex for an inspiring session.
You made all of us to choose Pilates, a way to bring change in our treatment protocols and proved how it can be effective with our Physio knowledge application.”

I had the privilege of attending the Introduction and Gateway session by Polestar Pilates on 13th, 14th, and 15th June 2025, and I must say – it was truly transformational. A heartfelt appreciation to Alexander, who is not just a teacher, but a true master of his craft. The way he effortlessly broke down the intricacies of the Polestar method was both enlightening and inspiring.
