A heartfelt appreciation to Alexander, who is not just a teacher, but a true master of his craft. The way he effortlessly broke down the intricacies of the Polestar method was both enlightening and inspiring. What sets Polestar Pilates apart is its scientific foundation, structured approach, and deep focus on movement intelligence. As a Personal Trainer working with clients across varied age groups and fitness levels, this program has significantly elevated the value I bring to my sessions. I previously believed that Matwork was an easy entry to Pilates, but Alex completely changed that perception. Polestar Pilates is so highly comprehensive in its education and concept building that it broke many of my previous prejudices regarding how body mechanics truly work. ​
