TRAINING WITH INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED CERTIFICATE
The POLESTAR Pilates educations are designed to help you successfully pass your exam to become an internationally recognized Pilates professional! Together we will create a foundation that will enable you to teach in any Pilates studio, Physio practice or rehab facility in the world and create effective, individualized training and therapy programs.
Our education series can be completed with a examination by POLESTAR International at the end of the training. The examination must be taken within one year of the official end of a series. Apply for the certification exam after completing all modules of an education series (Mat, Reformer, Comprehensive/Rehab) .

In this exclusive 2-part online/live course, you will learn how to use the Spinefitter in conjunction with the Polestar Pilates principles to improve outcomes for yourself and your clients.

The course is offered as a hybrid format. Participation is possible both on site and online in the interactive live stream. Please let us know when booking whether you would like to attend on site or online. The course language is German and English, the training manuals are also available in both languages.

ABOUT ALEXANDER BOHLANDER AND NINA MATTERNICH
Alexander Bohlander and Nina Metternich are both senior educators for Polestar, therapists and osteopaths with studios and practices in Germany. As Pilates and movement specialists, Nina and Alexander have lectured worldwide and published articles on current Pilates-related concepts of movement integration. Alexander is the author of the Pilates Teacher Manual (Springer Heidelberg 2016), which is available in 5 languages.
