Polestar Pilates Gateway Principles, Mat and Equipment (Delhi)
This signature course is the perfect starting point for your professional Pilates career! You will learn how
to apply the Polestar Pilates fitness screening and integrate movement principles not only into exercises, but – more importantly – into your work
with clients and patients. On the second day, we will combine Pilates equipment with mat exercises, focusing on how to easily master exercise
progressions and regressions. You’ll also learn
how to address movement restrictions and pain using the Polestar Pilates methodology. Upon completion of the Gateway course, you’ll be ready to continue with the full Professional Equipment Education Curriculum.
